Patient Participation Group

We are in the process of establishing a local patient group for the practice. The patient group will be used as a forum to review and improve our services. The patient group will meet on a regular basis to discuss patients’ views about the practice, make recommendations on the range of services available and the provision of care in the practice.

If you would be interested in joining or for more information please call us on 0121 322 4310 and ask to speak to the service manager.

Appointment only service

The Centre is an appointment only service which can be accessed via 111 online or by calling 111. You cannot register as a patient at the Centre.
